After having family over Luke and I are both worn out and definitely need a rest. I hope you all had a good week. As excited as I get to see family and celebrate Xmas here in England I have to admit I’m also happy when it’s over. Our social battery needs a recharge after the holidays and I think I need at least two months of green juice in my system to recover from the bad food choices I made. I love you all so very much and hope you get a good recharge in this grey Sunday.

Life isn't perfect and sometimes we lose ourselves in its battle. I am very lucky to have you all to help me. I love you all so very much. I mean that. Thank you for being who you are.

Even though my family weren’t big gift givers I would always look forward to smelling my grandpa make coffee and hearing my grandma laugh about something funny on the Xmas morning news. Now I try to celebrate it by thinking of them and spending time with my English family. Although I am incredibly sad that my grandparents are no longer here I celebrate the family I have now. Love you all very much.
