the accident | Short Film Kiiwistu 2021-03-21 | [Minor blood warning!]SO. i wanted this to look a lot more glorious then it turned out to be lol. this was a short film midterm for my animation class (the teacher was chill with me using this as audio!), and like the major procrastinator that I am, underestimated how much coloring I had to do and accidentally saved the majority of it the day before the deadline. They found the rouge, Bear, in a burnt down barn with Cloudkit, and he offers a trade. The she-cats could take back the kit in exchange for Mistywish. Sunspirit and Berryheart quickly agree and assume Mistywish will be fine, and this takes Mistywish much by surprise and she’s extremely hurt and afraid. As Mistywish is hostage, Bear manipulates her into staying with him and manifests her hurt into anger, and takes her to the alleyway. Here, she fights one of the leaders, Zora, and ends up killing her. Mistywish hadn’t realized what she had done until it happened and is horrified. and sees Bear is smiling cause he’s an asshole There’s a lot more to the story but it would literally be a whole essay if I wrote everything, so I’ll leave it at that! The host wanted the participants to experience with different brushes and techniques, so mostly everything was used with brushes I usually don’t. And I didn’t use a single blender on the fur, which was a lot of work!! But I’m happy how this turned out!
