I am looking for experienced animators. I am sorry if you do not get the part!
3 parts per person! Only 2 can be next to each other!
It can be Pmv or Amv, But there must be movement! Only tweening for Pmv not panning on windows movie maker and such. The character and background must be separate if tweening.
NO APP WATERMARKS
Please finished within a week! If you need an extension you may have 4 days! But you must tell me!
Do not start if I don’t tell you, you have the part!
If you read so far Tell me how much you like Phoebe! Tell us your love or hate she can take it!
This is a Vent_Oc map. I prefer if you vent with this map, but if you don’t really have anything to vent about you can use your Oc. but it has to have a story behind it.
That being said, you may vent through an Oc other than your persona.
