Good evening, my fellow Armageddians. This is your regularly scheduled update of news from the front.
Thanks to the efforts of the 73rd Ash Wastes Regiment and the continued support of the Crimson Fists, the remaining Ork defenders of Hive Halifax have been squeezed into a contained pocket around Manufactorum district. Chapter Master Pedro Kantor has now authorized additional forces be deployed, most notably their Venerable Dreadnought, to finish them off.
Astartes are ancient, but none more so than those entombed into the sarcophagus of a Dreadnought, with the Venerable of their ranks having lived for potential millennia. Many of them are rumored to have witnessed the fires of the Horus Heresy first hand and now bring this much valued experience to the new generation, as well as being a literal nightmare on the battlefield to the enemies of the Imperium. For the Crimson Fists, it is Brother Razus, who helped spearhead the defense of Rynnβs World during both invasions, himself a disciple of Alexis Polux and a mentor to the current chapter master, Pedro Kantor.
Voiced by Johannes Envall for the Imperial Fists Faction of Dawn of War Soulstorm: Unification Mod, the Venerable Hellfire Dreadnought is a special hero variant of the Space Marine Dreadnought that is tougher and equipped with lethal ranged upgrades.
