This is the Tristan, the Flame Knight boss fight from my playthrough of the action RPG video game Crimson Desert.
This encounter is tied to the "Letter of Silence" quest (often following progress in Chapter 8) from House Azerian. To find him, head to the Flame Knight’s Castle located in the Demeniss region. From Howling Hill, you’ll need to travel significantly south and slightly east into the heart of Demeniss to reach the castle grounds.
