Lets create an anmated crowd in Unity 3D. Each of the characters in this Unity scene each of the characters move differently, but will look like they are acting somehwat in unison. See how using an animation blend tree and a State Machine Behaviour allows the creation of an auditorium full of 180 orcs, consisting of 21 unique models, each behaving differently.
Using this technique you can create a crowd quickly and easily.
Note, that in this video I don't optimize the scene. With that many animated models most computers will struggle.
