What if Fiddle de Chocobo was just CRAZY amounts of chicken-pickin?
Firstly big thanks to @LorenzodeSequera who literally just jammed over the draft of this and instantly gave it more fire and hard-rock energy than before! Lorenzo has been a longtime friend in gaming and music, and quite literally could be one of the most passionate people about both playing and appreciating guitars and their tones! I digress, both of us come from hard rock and metal origins so the idea that we finally collaborated on a country-inspired tune is both hilarious and kind of special too!
Many of you know I adore blues-rock and some know I'm from North Carolina where plenty of folk and country, rockabilly, and similar music is quite popular! I was so fascinated by chicken-pickin and "train shuffle" country rock tunes, where guitarists often shred even faster than some metal tunes, and I wanted to share just how amazing a fusion of fast-paced rock and country can be! To add a cherry on top, I wanted to finally put harmonica into a song as it's such a great bluesy instrument and fun fact my dad plays one as well! What's more progressive-rock than including folk styles?
