Today I am going to be giving you all the trade secrets you need to know in order to build the easiest and least expensive container home project!
1. Unrestricted land, literally no building permits, this is going to be the easiest possible build. Cons to unrestricted land, usually not going to be in a city or even surrounding suburbs, usually found in the mountain, or country land, but that is where I prefer to live so not a con for me.
2. use unconnected containers - like two side by side with a gap in-between that would be covered or enclosed to give you a little more room or outdoor living space. 3. Don't insulate the inside, insulate the outside, also gives you a little more interior room and way cheaper.
