I had a blast editing with this stellar song she picked, and I’m so happy with how this collab turned out. It was a goal of mine to be able to edit something that showcased most of the characters and relationships in the show, and this collab gave me the chance to do that before the show’s end.

The Gravity Falls finale is tonight and I’m so hyped and sad at the same time. This show has meant a lot to me over the years. It’ll be strange to see it end but I still have a lot of videos and fanfictions planned for it. I’ll definitely be editing more fandom and character tributes in the future. Thank you to everyone who has watched my GF videos so far and chatted with me about the fandom. It’s been a wild ride. :)

Thats so strange to say, because I never thought I would actually reach this milestone. But I did, and I have only you guys to thank you, for watching my videos, commenting, chatting with me and offering support all the time. I have made so many amazing friends since I first started this channel, and Im so grateful to made met so many amazing people!
I made an SNK video to celebrate, and boy has this been a lot of work. Ive been editing this thing for months, and its amazing to see it finally done. I heard this song and it instantly fit with SNK in my head, so I wanted to make a general tribute to season 1 as a whole. I hope you all enjoy it! I have met so many wonderful editors from this fandom, and I think most of my recent subscribers are here because of SNK, so a tribute video felt really natural for a 500 subs vid.
Overall, Im pretty happy with how it turned out. There are some things Im picky about, but I think the overall video is entirely what I wanted it to be when I first heard the song.

So this was, like, supposed to be done a long time ago (for your birthday) but I did the whole song and it took literally forever lol. But now it’s done and I hope you like it. I really wanted to do something different for you, and I heard this song and not only were the lyrics perfect for these two but I couldn’t get over the fact that it’s Marinette’s voice actress singing. So I had a lot of fun editing this song.
The story is that Marinette and Adrien broke up and it’s doubly awkward because they’re antagonistic at school and still have to fight crime together. They try to get the other’s attention despite thinking it’s for the best that they broke up. They date other people; it doesn’t go well. In this, Adrien gave Mari a bracelet and she gives it back. Mutual pining and attention-seeking ensues. As time passes, they become more civil and it’s harder not to miss each other the way they used to be. They struggle against their own feelings, and finally, they accept them and consider getting back together.
Silence, I really appreciate our friendship. And I hope this shows it! I wanted to make something special with one of your fave shows. I do hope you like it. I hope it brightens up your holiday even if you have to work. I really enjoy our talks and getting to know you over the years has been awesome. Here’s to another year!

I love this couple and angsty/guilt-ridden Annie in particular. The lyrics reminded me so much of them and I enjoyed editing this and so asked for an extra day to finish it since we were originally doing a 24-hour IC and I had a lot of classes that day. I wanted to edit Eren and Levi for her because she loves them, and when I introduced her to Anberlin some time ago, she said this song was her favorite. I’ve been wanting to make a Levi/Eren video with this song for about a year now so I figured why not make it for her birthday?! xD I wanted to show Levi supporting Eren, encouraging his spirited nature even during hard times, because someone has to be the happy/optimistic one, right? The ‘do as you’re told’ line was what make me think of them originally and those were my favorite lines to edit.

She suggested this song and I loved it because I had instant ideas and I wanted to do something a little darker and more dramatic with their relationship, with a darker take on sexuality. For my parts, I wanted to give my Victor and Yuuri both an ‘I’ll always be there for you’ part and a sexual, mildly possessive part. The ‘who’s gonna love you like me?’ was very Yuuri to me and Victor doesn’t need much help in the being sexy department. I loved the ‘I don’t want to hurt you but you live for the pain’ line because I wanted to show their shifting power dynamics on ice and Victor’s more submissive side (or rather, wanting to be submissive to a dominant Yuuri where he hasn’t been able to before). Their power dynamics really don’t have to be a sexual thing and I think they mostly show on the ice with Victor and Yuuri letting to ‘power’ flow between them. It’s an interesting dynamic and I wanted to hint a little at it here.
Overall, I love this collab! Angsty Victuuri is love! And I adore SailorPika’s editing style so it’s an honor to work with her, not to mention she’s super sweet and fun to talk to. And her effects/typography is gorgeous omg!
Anyway, I really hope you all enjoy this! We worked really hard on it and I’m happy to be able to contribute to YOI fandom anytime. xD
