During the 16th International Conference on Climate Change, organized by the Heartland Institute, Clintel director Marcel Crok delivered a speech. He discussed, among other things, the background of the foundation and the greening effects of CO₂. During his speech Crok advocated that the climate-realists start using new, more positive terms.
