Citadel of Tricky Situations is arguably one of the more forgettable citadels in the game, with only 14 floors and being pretty short regardless. Sitting high up in Zone 3 in the middle of the satellite, you may end up finding a few interesting things here. Like all the citadels in the game, it's at least worth giving it a go. Enjoy the video!
