👉 In the third century, a Christian scholar named Origen undertook one of the most ambitious projects in the history of Scripture: placing multiple versions of the Old Testament side by side in a single massive codex. This ancient “sixfold” Bible—known as the Hexapla—didn’t just preserve text. It preserved a controversy.
