After 2 years of social media silence, a countdown app, and the hit TV series “Atlanta,” Childish Gambino is back with a whole new sound. Combining mostly funk/soul with new age production, Gambino gives us a smorgasbord of sound that is not only beautiful but thought provoking. The project will surely turn some away, but those who choose to stick with it will have quite the experience. I have listened to this album about 7 times through and love it even more each time.
