Charles Tournemire (1870-1939) was a French composer and organist, considered one of the greatest organists of his time. "La salutation angélique" is an early work from 1894 (when Tournemire was 24) based on the Ave Maria; little information seems to be available about it otherwise. I have uploaded the score to IMSLP and it should be publicly accessible shortly.
