In this video, i beat the hardest challenge in flash isaac, that being "Challenge 10 - The Purist" while playing on the Hard difficulties, which means 2 things: More aggressive enemies, and Eternal enemies. It took multiple attempts to finally beat it, so i hope you enjoy it! Also sorry for having music turned off
