This music has been shared by several other channels throughout previous years, however the initial full single upload version vanished a while ago. Cover artwork is very clever and satisfying. First song from this record is very much of the heavy metal / hard rock genre, while the other is a soft rock type ballad. As of now, all I can still find available to download of this "Anthem of Anxiety" demo (also listed as a rehearsal) is the same flawed yet enjoyable version. Most of the later Eternal Dirge demonstration recordings were reissued with their excellent album "Morbus Ascendit", which has been uploaded numerous times across other music channels. If anyone ever cares to share a full higher quality version of this release, and a complete version of their second demo tape, that would be most appreciated. Carcass - Necroticism - Descanting The Insalubrious - Symphonies Of Sickness Jake Clawson 2024-08-17 | The album in this stream has been custom edited by removing all voice samples and other effects that would not be physically performed live. Original source of audio was purchased from bandcamp. Carcass has always been a top influence in my vast musical interest, and recently I wanted to hear how their best record would sound without the infamous voice clips. Being quite decayed and mostly exhausted these days, I overall enjoy this release more in an edited fashion to exclusively highlight all the impressive creative musicianship. Some of the edits are not precise as possible because everything was processed with a tablet, but i did my best with free programs for such inherently cheap devices. Individuals with proper computers can possibly make perfect adjustments for better enjoyment.Another detail that I have thought about is the title of this release itself. "Necroticism - Descanting the Insalubrious" would be very suitable for the second Carcass album, while "Symphonies of Sickness" instead perfectly describes these masterpiece compositions. There have been a surprising amount of unofficial Carcass releases, and since this is a most untraditional way to present such an important album, I chose one of the most clear bootleg cover images for thumbnail. The stream itself has a purposely selected less than complete, slightly unclear image of the official album cover which fits the imperfect upload.Finally, i am surprised how many times this record has been officially re-released, yet there has never been a special edition without voice samples issued that i am aware of, or an all instrumental version which would also be popular with many listeners. Pardon all the words and hope i have not insulted the artistic intentions of musicians i will always admire.
