New York rock band Certain General perform 3 songs — "Certain General Theme", "Propaganda", and "Red Ledge" at the historic 'Avenue B Is The Place To Be' outdoor concert on August 9, 1981.
This concert was held in New York's East Village Tompkins Square Park band shell (torn down in the early 90s) and featured other New York City bands like Liquid Liquid and the Bush Tetras.
