Minnesota farmer Anita Nain Fondikum shares her journey back to the land and how farming can reconnect us with nature, culture, food, and community.

Originally from Cameroon, Anita is a third-generation farmer and the owner of Shining Lights Farm in Minnesota, where she grows organic and culturally relevant vegetables alongside crops serving the broader community.

This video also features remarks from U.S. Representative Kelly Morrison and an introduction from Minnesota Commissioner of Agriculture Thom Petersen.
