Hey everyone! Welcome to our latest adventure in Nova Scotia! 🚐🌊
Our first stop was to catch some massive waves from a storm down a very wet off road trail, then we headed down to the historic town of Louisbourg. The fortress there was incredible—complete with a moat, drawbridge, and live music from all around the world! 🎻🥁 We learned so much about the area’s history and even saw a giant LEGO model of the fort!
From there, we ventured onto the famous Cabot Trail. It's a stunning drive with lots of twists, turns, and beautiful views. We stopped for some delicious chocolate and dove deep into the local culture, checking out Gaelic music and dance along the way.
We also had the chance to visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site, where we discovered more about his incredible inventions beyond just the telephone. 🛠️📞
The trip has been filled with music, history, and breathtaking scenery. And we wrapped it up with some step dancing and even a quick fiddle lesson at the Celtic Music Interpretation Center. We’ve loved every minute here, and we hope you enjoy following along on our journey! 🎶
