In 1958, Ross Bagdasarian Sr. created 3 singing chipmunks named Alvin, Simon, & Theodore! It started with The Alvin Show in 1961, followed by the original Alvin & The Chipmunks cartoon that aired from 1983 to 1990! Then, the Chipmunks got 4 live-action movies (the first A&TC movie in 2007, The Squeakquel in 2009, Chipwrecked in 2011, & Road Chip in 2015), which all featured Chipmunks covers of popular songs from artists such as Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, & many more! Finally, a CGI cartoon called ALVINNN!!! & The Chipmunks aired on Nickelodeon from 2015 to 2023! So that's pretty much the entire history of Alvin & The Chipmunks...as far as I know! Anyway, for my 13th "can you survive this music track for over an hour or 2" video, I thought I'd do the "We're The Chipmunks" theme from the 80s A&TC cartoon!
