It’s sometimes frustrating when someone you care a lot about, whether its your family or friends, that don’t prioritize their health as much as you wish they did. Especially without forcing your value systems and telling them what they should or shouldn’t do, it’s about educating and giving the whole picture so they can make their own informed decisions. But I may have made a little progress with my mom recently. I gave her access to Levels, more specifically two months of CGMs (continuous glucose monitors), check out this video to see the results! Big thanks to Levels for making this possible and for supporting us and the channel.

![Why I DIDNT... Psychiatry
Welcome to another episode of Why I Didn’t… the mostly useless series where I tell you why I did NOT pursue a specific specialty. In this episode, I cover psychiatry.🧠 Subscribe to the channel to participate in polls about which specialty I’ll cover next.
Psychiatry may not be for everyone, but for the right person, it can be a deeply fulfilling and impactful career. It’s an excellent choice for those with a passion for mental health, comfort with ambiguity, and an empathetic approach to patient care. However, potential psychiatrists should consider the emotional toll of psychiatry, the lack of procedures, and the slower pace of the field.

![$4M Net Worth 💸 Would You Eat Soylent & Live in Your Car?
A millionaire who lives out of his car and chooses to eat Soylent every day?!?😲 Why does Tyler @LitNomad choose to be homeless with a 4 million net worth? Here’s what I agree with and where I think his plan goes off course.
He claims to unlock an experience a normal rich person can’t unlock through “Bursty Spending”. 💥💸 Does it actually work? And do you need to take his extreme approach to hedonic adaptation to experience these benefits yourself?
