I am excited to finish RED and hope to get back to working on it shortly. This is every map part/reanimated I have done this year outside of collabs ! On a very serious note:Thank you so, so much for all of the kindness and love shown this year. If you aren't aware yet, my 10 year old sister was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer last December. She died last month and it has been a very long and hard journey this past year. Through caring for her and my family the past 11 months, and mourning her death this December, it has been so very difficult for me. But throughout everything you all have been there and for that I cannot be more grateful.Between fundraising on the 12 hour stream, and an over-excess of raising funds to get my sister an adaptive gaming controller while she was alive, we have sent over $1400 this year to kids with terminal illnesses like her.My family is not a wealthy one, and it is only through having you all beside us that we were able to fly her across the states for medical treatments.And because of you guys, I was able to quit my job to help take full-time care of my youngest siblings without much trouble.I am. I am very proud of it, and I hope you like it as much as I do! This one's a passion project and What's with the concept? Why magical girls? This song in particular made me realize how similar to a madoka magica style magical girl story Needletail's could be. In order she:1. Gets tired of her daily life2. Asks for help from an outside (and mostly unknown) source3. Is satisfied with the result of her 'wish'4. Begins to realize that all isn't well, and that her desired life comes with dire consequences she didn't expect.So while it's a wild, out-there idea, I think it kinda works??? I know it's an absolutely bonkers idea, but I wear it 100% with pride. I am so happy with how this came out.I enlisted a lot of help for this MAP, in terms of designing, giving opinions, and hosting the MAP. I made this MAP back in 2017 but even so it's been sort of in the back of my mind,,, I would love to see it finished.You might notice a couple of the designs have been changed? Despite some parts being finished I modified them to simplify them a bit. I don't think it will be distracting in the finished video, but it WILL be easier for the animators. The script remains exactly the same though.I had a lot of help w the map and those are credited in the designs, but I am afraid I am the only one left of those people who animate warriors! Rules:-1920x1080 please!-You can do limited animation, or a bit of tweening in some scenes, but I would prefer anything outside of the intro is animated!!-1 part per person!
