Something I've always wanted to do is get involved in is the world of investment properties but I could never bring myself to buy a $500,000 home and take out a 30 year loan (Seattle real estate is wildly expensive). So after browsing through Youtube one night I stumbled upon a video about building a container home and how inexpensive it can be to construct. So I took that as the kick in the pants to starting learning everything that it takes to build my very own home!
