I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are Family Recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.
Bubble Up Chicken Carbonara Bake Recipe:
1 to 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
1 (8 count) Grands biscuits
1 jar alfredo sauce
2 tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves minced
8 pieces cooked bacon crumbled or a 3 oz bag of crumbled bacon
1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
1/2 cup parmesan shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut each biscuit into fourths and place in a large mixing bowl.
Toss with chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic, bacon and mozzarella cheese.
Place mixture into a greased 9 inch dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more until golden. Make sure the biscuits are cooked through.
