As part of Kings Place's #Beethoven250 series throughout 2020, the acclaimed Brodsky Quartet has launched 'Rush-Hour Lates' – a series of compact 50-minutes concerts without interval, taking place on Thursday evenings at 6.45pm in Hall One.
The current edition focuses on Beethoven's late string quartets which are lovingly set up with musical preludes.
The opening concert in January 2020 featured Beethoven's String Quartet Op. 127. In this video, the quartet performs the second movement: Adagio, ma non troppo e molto cantabile.
