Stage 1 of the 1st ever British Ninja Championships, hosted at HC:Fit Ninja Facility in Liverpool by Henry Cookey, Ninja Sport UK and British Obstacle Sports in November 2022.

Stage 1 - 7 Obstacles, 90 Second time limit
42 runners, Top 30 advance to Stage 2 (25 Men, 5 Women)

A project that I had been working on and was hoping to get uploaded onto the Ninja Sport YT channel but sadly never happened so didn't want the hard work to go to waste. Check it out and then come back for Stages 2 and 3.
