This is my favorite track Jun Senoue made for Sonic Superstars and I think this version needs more credit for being a clear departure from the Sonic 4 sound.
More elements can be heard in this composition compared to previous classic tracks, with full piano chords throughout the song!
It was very exciting for me to discover many details when transcribing the song, including the fact the last portion of the song has a deep instrument that ended up being switched with the harmony track in the final version. I made said instrument slightly louder so you can hear the original chorus melody better, too.
I hope this MIDI version inspires you guys to reimagine the song, just like the official game got a bright reimagination by Tee Lopes.
