For the first time ever, a biography of Bram Stoker’s life and his beloved immortal monster, Dracula, will be brought to the screen. Despite being the most filmed horror monster in history, we have never seen a film like this before. Dacre Stoker, great-grandnephew of Bram Stoker, has joined forces with Irish filmmakers Jason Figgis and John West to bring us Dacre’s life’s work and research into his famed relative with little to unknown facts about the man and his most iconic work which the most rabid of Dracula connoisseurs are unlikely to know about. From Bram’s mysterious childhood illness to the missing 101 pages from the missing manuscript to Bram’s connection to Oscar Wild and Jack the Ripper, you’ve never seen anything like this before, and this is our chance to be a part of history as the Dacre and his band of filmmakers take to crowdfunding in order to bring their vision to life.
If you enjoyed Dacre’s discussion and wish to help make this extraordinary project into a reality, then click on the link to pitch in with whatever level you’re capable of, and let’s make history!
