In this Borderlands 3 Weapon Preview I cover the Lucian's Call, a Legendary Vladof Assault Rifle that has 2 spin barrels and not other fire method. It is all in a wood design like a Jakobs and the special effect is bullets ricochet on critical hits like a Jakobs and when you crit add 2 bullets back to your magazine.
