The Hail is a unique Moxie Assault Rifle that is acquired for completing the final round of the Bandit Slaughter.

It has arcing projectiles, splash damage, and good critical hit damage.

Unfortunately, the arc causes some of the Chain Reaction projectiles to miss potential targets.

With that said, this weapon is very potent with Maya, and it definitely doesn't suck.
