I recently made a video reviewing the Patched E-Tech snipers, and it was requested that I kill the Dragons with them. The Ancient Dragons of Destruction are the raid boss from the final campaign DLC for Borderlands 2- Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep.
Without the community patch, E-Tech Snipers are pretty much garbage. They hit for less on head shots than regular snipers and consume twice as much ammo.
The patch removes their critical hit penalty and also removes the double ammo consumption. These are now crazy powerful, and have a nice piercing ability that allows for easier kills of certain enemies.
