can be ~3 seconds faster if you just hit 3 frame perfect inputs at 60fps (triple fpj boo moon 1 i hate you)

notes:
- light spin to grab the checkpoint (you can also do a wallbonk spin if you fall in the goop and lose 10 seconds opposed to like 30 to 40.)
- spinless longjump makes the timing easier for boo moon 1 skip but doing spin long jump for the video cuz its sorta chill
- spin when mario is beside the starbit (how late you can spin is pretty lenient i wouldnt go earlier though)
- if you get FPJ on the moon the movement i do will not work consistently, alternatives may be needed
