Berlin, then the capital of Nazi Germany, bombed more than 300 times by the Allies during the Second World War. The city of Berlin was bombed by French, the British, the Americans and the Soviets.

The Americans even built a mock German village, to learn the best way to bomb Berlin houses to cause as much damage as possible.
