Been a while since I have ridden a different bike, and this time I took my mates 2018 BMW GS 310.

A learner entry bike into the adventure world. It has strengths and definite weaknesses but in the end, much better than I thought it would be.

Light starts becoming an issue as well as Chriss fuel levels. I miss calculate the distance back to camp which forced us to take a tarmac loop around, to ensure we got back without running out of fuel. For those interested, Thomas did not make it back to camp before us. He came in later that night on his motorbike with a fracture toe. To add insult to in jury he was stung by a bee the next morning, and had to visit the hospital again....
