After picking up this level 3 and a half years ago and never finishing it after getting 96%, I present to you one of my proudest achievements. This level was an absolute mental challenge for me, after dying at the end so much it was almost like I was cursed and I was never gonna be able to beat this. It was always very hard to keep my composure at the end and I died SO many times to the extension but I finally got the win.
I didn't end up keeping score of how many times I got to the extension after I ended up quitting but I guarantee you that number goes well into the hundreds. I ended up dying at 96% 3 times, 94 twice, 91 twice, as well as a BUNCH of other deaths far. It became very discouraging to try and go for this and I had to consider whether finishing this off was worth sacrificing my happiness for. But none of that matters now. It's done, and I never have to play it again.
I will say as a remake of Bloodbath, this is as good as it gets and I think this is a fantastic project especially for it's time, but MAN did I have a terrible experience with this. I would like to say thank you to Choccy, Ren, Cass, Human, Araiza, Josh, Radical, and everyone else in A7 for motivating me and pushing me to finally beat this. I would also like to thank my IRL friends and everyone that's ever supported me in the GD community for making this a possibility. I genuinely think I would've never been able to do this had it not been for you guys.
