High protein! Covered the main food groups! Beef, Pork, Eggs and Beer! Breakfast on the patio!
• Started with 3 eggs, homemade bacon, venison Italian sausage and Wien’s Wagyu sirloin minute steaks.
• Set up the Blackstone with the left 2 burners on med and the right 2 burners on high.
• Started on the left side with the bacon. Once that was done added the sausage. Also put some canola oil down on the right side for the Wagyu sirloins to get a good sear. Put the eggs on and finished everything up!
Summary: I love doing breakfast on the Blackstone! As I mentioned, every weekend in the summer, my wife and I enjoy breakfast on the patio! The Wien’s Wagyu Sirloin Steaks were fantastic! Super beefy flavor!
