[PoE 3.18] Best Totem Starters - Flameblast, Storm Burst, Ball Lightning - Cheap and Strong! Tatiantel2 2022-02-04 | Strongest Spell Totem builds to start/play in Sentinel 3.18 league. Flameblast, Storm Burst and Ball Lightning Totems are the best choices imo. It's only possible to find up to 50% reduced sulphite biomes, and this mod appears way deeper in delve than before.A new way to farm experience in poe Scourge 3.16, that provides consistent 350+ million exp per hour at level 90. With new delve biome modifiers it is possible to roll up to 100% reduced sulphite used.
