My entry to ElyBeatMaker's RemixMyRemix 2 competition. Although its more of an original song than a remix, I tried to be as original and creative as possible, whilst still including elements from the remixes and maintaining good splicing technique. I hope that the effort is noticable, for this took me about 5 long days of work. .___.
All the sounds used in this video were either from Etho's voice, Grian's voice, or written by myself. The "bird" noises are Grian's voice put through filters and raised in pitch.
I do hope you enjoy. This one was quite fun to make and produce, just a bit time-consuming... :P

Hello everyone! My name is Skullyhop and I create 1.0 levels! Some of you may know me as the guy who made EnVious, the only featured 1.0 level in 2.2! Starting today in celebration, I am hosting a 1.0 limitations creator contest!

Your goal is to create the best level you can using only 1.0 objects/editor features. You will have until October 10th at midnight CDT to submit. SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES TO THIS FORM: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdYPWWOmVccOx6pp7GQo4SPA7bd5-kE0oEw86OVqUa-2LfxMA/viewform?usp=header
Your level will be graded on Gameplay (25%), Decoration (25%), 1.0 usage (25%), Creativity (10%), Sync (10%), and Optimization (5%). The video will explain each category more.
Contest Judges are myself ( @skullyhopgd2476), @SkorchXP, @GiggsRH , @magbooom, and @kreno!
Prizes:
- 1st place: $50 USD, collab with me, level placed on in-game winners list.
- 2nd place: $25 USD, collab with me, level placed on in-game winners list.
- 3rd place: $10 USD, level placed on in-game winners list.
Honorable mentions (4-10) will have their levels placed on in-game winners list. Additionally moderator judges may send any levels up to their standards. I will also send friend requests to those with entries I like :D
Rules are explained in detail in the video. Here is a simplification:
- NEW classic level at least 45 seconds in length. Difficulty can be anything between 2* and Hard Demon.
- 1.0 limitations only. All blocks, triggers, and editor features must be from 1.0. No color channels, scale/warp, or size changing. Free rotate is allowed, as well as the song trigger for splicing. Usage of 1.0 objects outside of the update will result in your level being disqualified!
- You may use any song you would like.
- Collabs are allowed! You may also enter more than once but can only win once.
If you need help with what blocks are allowed in the contest, check out the level 1 point 0 cc by me (skullyhop). The level is set up with all 1.0 blocks as well as options set to 1.0 physics!
