I made this video a while ago regarding the myth of being big boned, since a few people asked me about it. I attempted to use x-rays to demonstrate that even though someone is obese, their bones remain of similar size, and the obese appearance cannot be blamed on being 'big boned.'

This video is purely educational and in NO WAY is in no way meant to fat shame or anything of the sort.
