Battle for Azeroth beta draws closer and closer to pre patch. A new build of the beta has gone up and given Protection Warriors a "new" ability in the form of a very nerfed Ignore Pain. This ability does a better job at mitigating than bolster but does not fix the clunky feeling of having baseline mitigation on the GCD while we need to generate rage. For warriors now, using mitigation abilities cost a full 100 rage. Provide feedback now to blizzard before these changes go live!

This change was stated to be the counter to offensive CD stacking, allowing utility & mobility spells to remain off the GCD will still solve the root of the issue while not punishing reactions.
