If you ask most people what they find beautiful about someone, many of them will probably begin to describe physical characteristics - a pretty face, nice hair, or a shapely body. Rarely do you hear someone reply, âWhat makes someone beautiful is their generosity, courage, and sense of humour.â
Why have we become so obsessed with outer beauty? And why do we value it above all else?
Instead of worrying about the wrinkles on your face or the cellulite on our thighs, think about how you can be kinder and gentler. Think about how you can leave your mark on this world in a positive way.
