We get a small inside look of the dark forest, where Cherry will spend the rest of his days as a monster. He spends most of his energy trying to reach the living world, to be at least there for his family, but eventually, Reverie ( now Honey Wish again) cracks under what he had put her through, and his grown kids, Heart and Sun, are now against him, wanting nothing to do with a cult leader. Now seeking redemption, he sworn to never harm another cat as long as he existed, and accepts the Dark Forests punishment, alone as he is meant to.
