If you're currently farming for Energetic, Bladed or Rugged Rhino Beetles, then most people would suggest the tree on Satori Mountain, the palm trees in Lurelin Village and the handful of stationary spawn points around Kakariko Village - but there is another option, too. All of those beetles can be found on Luminous Ore Deposits as well, so instead of just rushing to the ore deposit and smashing it to pieces, it can be worthwile to check for beetles first.
So far I've found most of them in the Akkala region, but also in Central Hyrule, inside of caves (the last video was taken next to the Dow Na'eh shrine) on the Southeastern coast and the Faron Woods. I've not found a single beetle on regular or rare stone deposits yet, only on Luminous ones - but it doesn't matter if they were actually glowing or not. And I've found all of them in dry weather conditions, never during rain or thunderstorms.
