Xell from "Jingi Storm - the Arcade"(available on NullDC and Fightcade 2).
This boss is Jinpachi on steroids:
- Has double the life bar and hits 2x stronger than a normal character;
- So heavy that cannot be juggled on normal hit;
- Longest range normals and throws;
- Built-in strings guardbreak normals;
- Frame 1 invincible combo-breaking reversals;
- Highest combos and OTG damage;
- Fast long range unpunishable high priority projectiles;
- Auto-sidesteps your projectiles;
- Auto-counter strings gaps;
- Auto-tech 99% of throws, even behind;
- If you try to block, he'll throw you or use a guardbreak;
- The AI mixups like a real person.

I have no strategy other than "good luck and try to Counter-Hit him" to do enough damage and hope to kill him, remember to not use multi-hit strings and usually is better to get hit than try to block.
