Thank you to Rob from BBQ Pit Dog for reaching out to me to suggest a collaboration. This was a lot of fun. No bar-b-que is complete without great sides. I love the main course, but we decided to go a side route. :)
QUICK NOTE: after half a dozen takes of the intro, I say Pit Dog BBQ in the intro and opening slide.

Recipes:
Green Beans with Bacon and Potatoes:
1-2 lbs of green beans(can be fresh or frozen, canned works too), trimmed
6 slices of bacon
1 medium onion, diced
1-2 llbs of small potatoes - red works well
2 T worcestershire sauce - any brand will do
Olive oil to coat the potatoes
Cajun spice or spice of your choice to taste.
Onion surprise fantasy jalapeno bomb:
1 or more onions - sweet, yellow or white are best
Butter to coat the onions
Spice of choice to sprinkle on the onions
2-3 pieces of bacon per onion
Jalapeño cut and seeded to fit in the cored onion
Cream cheese for stuffing the jalapeño
Grated cheddar cheese for the top (optional)
