Composed by Rob Lord, Mark Bandola, and Paul Wier. Recreated by me. This is for this track only and not part of a project to restore the soundtrack. This was made possible by using MIDIs ripped from the game by L-Spiro on Discord and rebuilding the soundtrack from the ground up using a digital version of the original sound hardware that was used to compose the game, as well as recreations of the synth patches, applying some modern mixing techniques along the way to lift the veil of 16bit compression and create an updated listening experience

Many remember Mill Fever from Donkey Kong Country 3 (SNES), but some may be surprised to know that it was inspired by Peggy Lee's 'Fever.' The similarities are immediately noticeable. I originally wrote this cover in LittleBigPlanet 2's music maker many years ago. Recently I decided to make a proper cover of it. It was during this time that I met Laur at a show in Brooklyn and heard her stellar Nightbloom album, and it occurred to me, how great it would be to have her sing the melody and lyrics. This is my first time to have a featured guest artist on a song. There will be more to come. Check out Laur's work here: @laurmuses

Composed by Atsuyoshi Isemura. Recreated by me. This is a commission from @Eden-0005, for this track only and not part of a project to restore the soundtrack. This was made possible by using MIDIs from musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/1114 and rebuilding the soundtrack from the ground up using digital version of the original sound hardware that was used to compose the game, and applying some modern mixing techniques along the way to lift the veil of 16bit compression and create an updated listening experience
