In this video I make a banana bread (or actually more a banana cake).

We often have bananas almost going off, instead of throwing them away we make a banana bread with them. Super yummy and easy.The preparation takes about 10 minutes and the baking 50 minutes to 1 hour. Depending on your oven. Make sure to keep an eye on it, so the cake won’t burn.

In this recipe I use:
3 bananas
1,5 cup of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
0,5 cup of oil or butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Optional I use:
Coconut shreds
Walnuts
