When the Seasons expansion pack was just released, I watched the review by Lazy Game Reviews as I'm one of those people who really likes the way he's doing those.
Somewhere in that video he said the following: "Unfortunately you can not skate on the frozen over lakes and ponds and pools stay liquid no matter what.."
This immediately gave me the idea for this mod!
