Just recently I made a pretty neat upgrade to my nearly eight-year-old 11x8 "retro" HO-scale model railroad layout. The Bachmann E-Z Command unit I was using for nearly 12 years was starting to wear out a bit, with some buttons taking a few presses to register, so I figured I'd take the next step up, to their E-Z Command Plus system! It has more realistic and finer 128-step speed control, and it also allows for more functions per locomotive, even if my roster isn't THAT fancy and doesn't have as many features. This video also features my new ACME freight cars from Lionel's HO-scale model train line, along with operating the Life-Like logging mill and hooking up the TYCO operating unloading boxcar.
