This rib cook was for testing out a cherry habanero sauce I made on babyback ribs. I wanted a sweet and spicy sauce to go on ribs so I made my own. I must say all of us in the household who tried it first were very pleased. You really taste the sweet up front, then later gives you that zing, but not too much. Just right. The sauce has a little different taste out of the bottle than after it's been pasted on a hot rib and set in the cooker 20 minutes. It renders just what I was looking for.
